The house was acquired by the current owners, Wayne and Iona, in 2006. It was in need of some major attention so with the assistance of local tradesmen the cottage was stripped back to the bare essentials in order to install up to date plumbing, electric, heating, damp proofing and insulation and is now a comfortable and well equipped holiday home. Since buying the cottage we and our daughter have grown to love it and still visit for several weeks a year.
